1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Grumtu platform. By accessing our educational podcasts, courses, and custom audio streams, you fully accept these rules in their entirety.
2. Subscription and Payments
Our services are billed strictly on a subscription basis in Canadian Dollars (CAD). The current prices are specified transparently on our home page. Subscriptions automatically renew at the close of each billing cycle unless proactively terminated.
3. Permitted Personal Use
When you purchase our courses, we grant you a limited, non-assignable, and personal license to listen to our curriculum. You are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, hosting public listening events, or utilizing our educational materials for commercial purposes.
4. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and ownership of our audio recordings, narratives, and scripts remain the exclusive property of our international parent holding based in India.
5. Third-Party Links
Our pages utilize links directing users to essential legal sub-processors (like Formspree). We have no direct control over external server behaviors and assume no liability for issues encountered on external domains.
6. Operational Limits
We aim to keep our feeds accessible 24/7. However, technical maintenance or engineering adjustments may occasionally cause brief interruptions. We are not liable for standard network outages outside our immediate control.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless Grumtu and our parent holding from any legal claims, losses, or costs arising from your personal violation of these terms.
8. Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by standard international arbitration. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably shall be referred to standard mediation services before proceeding to legal courts.
