1. The 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We believe in the absolute quality of our audio lectures. If you find that our screen-free educational platform does not match your learning style or requirements, you may cancel your new subscription within **14 days of original activation** to receive a 100% complete refund. No administrative penalties apply.
2. Provincial Cooling-Off Protections
Our standard policy meets and exceeds the cooling-off cancellation requirements set by provincial consumer protection laws across Canada (such as the Ontario Consumer Protection Act and British Columbia's Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act). These acts typically grant consumers 10 days to cancel remote contracts; we proudly extend this window to 14 days for all users.
3. How to Request a Refund
To file a formal cancellation and refund request, please send a short email to our billing division at [email protected]. Please include:
- Your Full Name
- Your Registered Email Coordinates
- Your Transaction ID
Once received, we process and confirm refund receipts within 3 business days. The credits are issued directly back to your original source of payment.
4. Subsequent Billing Cancellations
After the initial 14-day window closes, you may cancel your auto-renewal at any point through your dashboard or via email. Your account will remain fully functional until the end of the current paid period, at which point auto-billing permanently terminates.
